There is no reasonable alternative to implementing a market system with social and econological responsability in the developing countries. It is for the assisting nations to support this process in their cooperation policies. All of these efforts will come to naught, however, if there is no basic conditions on the international economic level to permit developing countries to sell their products, so far as they are competitive, on the markets of the industrialized countries
