| Summary, etc. | Ce papier vise à identifier une alternative humaine à la délocalisation des PME. Lapproche Resource Based View a été mobilisée comme cadre danalyse et enrichie par les concepts de compétence humaine (compétence en GRH et potentiel humain) et dexpertise. Le concept dexpertise humaine a donc été proposé et défini au regard de la littérature. Il sagit ici denvisager ce type dexpertise comme une source davantage concurrentiel, favorisant le maintien des activités sur le territoire lorsquelle est valorisée. Une étude de cas a été menée auprès de trois PME qui privilégient lancrage territorial à la délocalisation. Les résultats montrent que la valorisation de lexpertise humaine peut constituer, dans une certaine mesure, une alternative à la délocalisation |
