Cette "hybridation", avec toutes les tensions qu'elle entraîne, interroge nos manières traditionnelles de concevoir la vie des organisations, montre l'auteur à travers l'étude du fonctionnement d'un call-center (centre d'appel). Un tel système organisationnel "ouvert", fait-il notamment apparaître, n'exclut pas le développement de jeux de pouvoirs variés et multiformes. Un renouvellement radical des rôles et des outils traditionnels de la gestion des ressources, pour les adapter au contexte de ces nouvelles formes d'organisation, semble aujourd'hui bien nécessaire. |
