| Summary, etc. | London calling : reconsidérer la coordination nationale des affaires européennes au Royaume-Uni La coordination britannique des affaires européennes a fait lobjet dune attention considérable, mais un grand nombre denjeux restent en suspens. Cet article est construit en trois temps. Premièrement, malgré le rôle que les ministères sectoriels jouent dans le système, le Royaume-Uni reste encore très centralisé. Deuxièmement, derrière la revendication dune forte continuité institutionnelle, le système de coordination britannique a connu beaucoup de changements significatifs de second ordre qui nont pas été sans conséquences sur son fonctionnement. Troisièmement, cet article présente de nouvelles analyses qui montrent que lefficience administrative britannique sest traduite en efficacité au niveau européen. Le Royaume-Uni obtient beaucoup de ce quelle souhaite à Bruxelles car elle y est influente et non marginalisée comme certains le prétendent |
