The ETC is generally pleased with GPOs progress in the transition, but encourages GPO to expand its services and training beyond the FDLP. The ETC also recommends that GPO review and consolidate online bibliographic tools on GPO Access to be more intuitive and functional. The ETC is confident that GPO can enhance its role as key federal resource in the electronic environment
