These municipality cadastres have been supporting many actions of urban development, land tenures and public services planning. However, in Brazil, the actual cadastre methodologies are still far from these demands.Abstract: To stand the pressure of new information scopes, the author defends the skipping of bureaucratic practices and nonsense discussion of the cartographic accuracy as well as it's strict measuring. As a result of this starting point of reflection, was created the technical cadastre cart, elaborated by IBAM to Caixa Econômica Federal.
