This article attempts to find the most worthy. This article attempts to find the most worthy charities from a list of 78 organization surveyed. Organizations are judged by efficiency in minimizing fund raising and administrative costs, while maximizing program expenses. Other factors useful in assessing charitable organizations are discussed.
