Today, business find themselves concered primarily with the development of data processing and therefore the necessity to ensure data protection. Without adding to the already onerous adminitrative constraints imposed upon companies, what is needed is an assemeesment of the increase in responsability and reflection upon the role of the administrative supervisory authorities
