Yet, whatever the stage reached in the process of codification in the countries of central and eastern Europe, a series of common problems are to be encountered which are linked in particular to the many actors involved in the processes of codification, but are also connected to the impatience of public opinion which is demanding sweeping and speedy reforms which would normally take several years to implement
