Releasing the Virtual University for pos-graduation and continuing education

The dynamically changing social and economic environment we live in claims for new approaches to university continuing and post-graduated education. The advanced information and communication technologies together with several applications offer new perspectives, such as the so-called Virtual University. However, the implementation of this concept does not rely just on basic information and communication infrastructure, although absolutely necessary as support, neither on dispersedly developed applications. The added value comes from the higher-level functions to support individualised learning projects.
