Comparative policy analysis is in much the same position. This paper addresses both of these concerns by, first, offering a case study of a major policy initiative in Mexico, Pronasol, and second, using American policy termination frameworks, posing the possibilty of comparative that the congruencies between the Mexican and American termination experiences are not always exact, but there are some useful generalizations that may be made. Most specifically, the crucial contribution of exogenous political and ideological conditions is reinforced by both nations` termination activitiesItem type | Current location | Collection | Call number | Status | Date due | Barcode |
