This occurs in spite of evidence that work and family role responsibilities appear to be mutually beneficial for both work and family systems. Using biological analogies, this paper suggests that it may be useful to examine work and family relatioship from a symbiotic perspective. This includes both parasitism and mutualism. The paper concludes by suggesting ways in which this analogy could guide future researh efforts in work and family rolesItem type | Current location | Collection | Call number | Status | Date due | Barcode |
