Those assessed to date are examples of ad hoc place management positions grafted onto traditional government silos designed to produce specialised inputs or outputs. In these circumstances, as suggested by Walsh, the role of an outcomes officer will be limited to areas of special concern and for limited periods. This article discusses place management in the context of a substantial change dirrected at putting outcome management at the centre of government. The limitations on place management identified by Waslsh do not apply in these circumstancesItem type | Current location | Collection | Call number | Status | Date due | Barcode |
