The financing model called "project financing" might be able to mulitply available resources thank to the involvement of private parties both into venture capital and into management of services related to the investment. The public subject is to give suitable guarantees, but this solution might solve the initial dilemma, also thank to the recent legislative development. The article analyses this financing model, also trying to apply it to the italian railway industry nd specifically to a case study
