<br/><br/> At Brazil, various actions has been taken to provide efficiency on the educational Public services, regarding political, technical and legal aspects. Particularly, the legal aspects represents, on this specific context, the extensive articulation between Union, State-members and Municipalities, in order to decrease the serious problems of the Brazilian educational system. This article intends to present the juridical repercussion of the phenomenon denominated "Municipalization of fundamental education", which consists of transferring the execution of education public services under the care of fundamental education from the States to the Municipalities.
