Clients train trainers - snock - 2002

The article describes how a group of training organizations in the Netherlands set up an association, VETRON, to improve the quality of their activities and provide prospective clients with a trustworthy measure of their performance. The article describes in detail how clients were surveyed about their experience of dealing with member organizations, and how this information was feed back to member organizations. The article assesses the success of the evaluation system and suggests avenues for further research
