Open communication keeps employee morale high at NBJ - 2002

Following an interview with Eve Ghent, freelance journalist Amanda Kirby wrote this article for Human Resource Management International Digest. The article clearly highlights the advantages that NBJ has gained through open internbal communication. The notion of the boss sitting at different employees' desks, after they have gone home, to get their perspective on the workplace, is an intersting one, if only because it emphasizes the desire to "get into the minds" of the company's employees. This approach, together with the emphasis on equality, mutual respect, good manners and courtesy, has evidently been well rewarded at NBJ
