Organizational learning fuels FCF - 2002

The article contends that organizational learning has assumed a major role in modern management as a tool for coping with change and uncertainty. It discusses the results of a survey which revealed a number of strengths and weaknesses in organizational-learning processes at FCF. While much of the article is given over to the theory of organizational learning, there is also plenty to interest the business practitioner
