However, successive shakeouts in the industry have not solved the chronic problem of the decline of domestic production. Increasing recourse to the logic of private enterprise has yielded inconclusive results: cabling delays and slow market growth despite 6 nationwide channels. Inspiration from abroad would help, especially from the UK and USA
