Called governance educations, this framework gives council members a safe way to fame actual(not hypothetical) policies after they resolve their most difficult situations. The author governance education from the literature on public administration, political science, and learning. It learning model contains four staegs: uncoverning, redefining, learning, and relearning. By easing political tensions, governance education enables council members to unfold new policy choices.
