The article describes the EU funding networks (within the theoretical perspective of network theory) and examines the relationship between the presence of local EU funding networks and councils' success in accessing EU funds. This exploratory study focuses on the appearance of policy networks at the local government level in Italy and England and discusses their durability and implications for their future. | |
