La seconce consiste à redevenir entrepreneuriale après avoir cessé de l'êntre, ce que William D. Guth et Ari Ginsberg (1990) dans leur définition qualifient de renouveau stratégique. C'est à ce retour entrepreneurial qu'est consacré cet article, au traversd'études de cas. Il oppose mesures classiques de restructuration, consistant à faire mieux le même métier qu'avant, et processus ré-entrepreneuriaux réinventant l'entreprise. La conclusion discute les résultats de la recherche et développe quelques implications. |
