Mais sa tentative d'implantation tel quel en Afrique? Et peut-on définir surtout un "modèle africain" de management susceptible de réussir enfin? Pour l'auteur, dans la société africaine, comme ce fut le cas au Japon, il faut promouvoir une gestion de type paternaliste pour faire fonctionner les organisations. Il montre comment le paternalisme peut constituer en effet un modèle de relations sociales adapté aux entreprises africaines. Tout en militant en faveur d'une lecture anthropologique des sciences de gestion. |
