Discriminant analysis demonstrates that these organizational humanist attitudes do discriminate between the involved and uninvolved worker. Because this analysis also suggests a unidmensional nature to the concept of worker involvement, further analysis was conducted using a regression technique. The regression analysis confirms a relationship between these nothions (especially with respect to intergroup relationships and job challenge and employee involvement
