Nokia has been shifting towards e-HR for some years, based on a succesful-e business model and its own enabling technologies. The evolutionary approach now comprises an HR intranet, expert platforms for HTR processes, shared services and e-learning centers. Full implementation is expected to take around two more years. Nokia`s ultimate vision is to put self-service, personal choice and responsibility into a individual`s or manager`s hands
